Animal chiropractic care is a gentle, non-invasive way to support your animal’s overall health and mobility. It involves assessing and adjusting the spine and joints to restore proper motion and address restrictions that may interfere with movement or nervous system function. These adjustments can help relieve pain, improve flexibility, and enhance performance. Whether your animal is recovering from an injury, showing subtle signs of discomfort, or simply needing a tune-up, regular chiropractic care can help them feel and move their best. Each appointment is personalised to meet your animal’s specific needs, promoting a healthier, more active life.

Dr. Savannah Mahoney, raised in the Ottawa Valley, earned her Bachelor of Science with honours from Acadia University before embarking on a series of adventures, including riding horses solo across Mongolia, teaching sciences in China, and backpacking through South America. After these travels, she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, followed by certification in animal chiropractic through the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic. While in New Zealand, she worked in a family chiropractic practice and founded Auckland Animal Chiropractic.

After 10 years away, Dr. Mahoney is thrilled to be back in the Valley and to be building a practice where animals and their humans can feel and function at their best. Outside of chiropractic, she trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu and is raising her German Shepherd, who she’s training for volunteer search and rescue work.
